Highlights of the day:
Welcome to week 6. This is our last as Juniors and the start of the project period. Today we kicked off what amounts to a 30 hour solo project.
We each got to choose and build whatever we want. The only limit is what we can achieve by tomorrow at 6:30 pm when we have to present our products to the rest of the class.
I have chosen to work on a 3D first-person maze game. The idea being to render a maze of any size and have the user attempt to work their way through it as if they were in the maze.
Highlights of the day:
New sprint and last sprint of the Junior part of Hack Reactor. It has been a wild and engaging 5 weeks. We are now entering the project phase of this course and excitement is high.
For the past few days, project ideas have been on everyone’s mind. I have a few ideas and we will see what I land on.
Highlights of these 2 days:

Anyhow, today we were trying to set up a MongoLab instance and for whatever reason the transaction wouldn’t go through. This prevented Alan from getting through the deployment part of the sprint.
Highlights of the day:
Another new sprint started today with Alan Sun. We are working on deployment of a previous sprint to Azure. Things seem pretty straight forward as we have a lot done so far. Tomorrow we will be swapping in Mongo as the database.
